myinvoice - TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement is between You and Business Cloud and defines the use of the myinvoice product, software, services and all applications ("Services"). For the use of the Services it is necessary the full acceptance of the following terms without any exception. The following terms of use may be changed, extended or adjusted at any time without the obligation of personal notification. By clicking ACCEPT these Terms and upon the use of the Services, you fully and unreservedly accept your commitment to these Terms and the Service Policies as set forth in a separate text. Please read them carefully.
Thank you for using our Services, which are provided under the distinctive title myinvoice. All commercial rights, intellectual property of all Services, content and source code, as well as the trademarks, logos and logos of Business Cloud, belong to BUSINESS CLOUD Co. (VAT Number: 801082480), based in Athens (Greece), which is the legal representative and hereinafter referred to as the "Company".
The name BUSINESS CLOUD is a registered trademark and its use is prohibited for similar services related to the World Wide Web, Cloud, Software or any services and reports that damage the credibility and reputation of the company. Our company reserves the legal right to sue to safeguard its interests.
The Services are intended and provided only to the Customers and Users of the Business Cloud services who strictly agree with the following terms.
Use of Services
You must follow any policies available under the Services.
Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with or attempt to access the Services by using a different method than the interface and instructions we provide. You may use our Services only to the extent permitted by law, including relevant export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or discontinue the provision of our Services if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspicious misuse activity.
User License
We provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications required for the operation of the Services. The license is for personal or professional use that serves the purposes of the business unit represented.
This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefits of the Services as provided by Business Cloud and in a manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Services or any software included, nor may you reverse engineer or decompile or attempt to extract the source. code of this software, unless you have our written permission.
Account
To access our Services you will need a Recognition Account. Your Account may be assigned to you by a Business Cloud administrator or a third party administrator of your business, such as your employer or educational institution. If you use an Account assigned to you by a third party administrator, additional terms and conditions may apply and your administrator may access or deactivate your account at any time.
For the use of your Account you agree to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information and access to the Services is at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to maintain and update the registration information in a timely manner, so that it is always true, accurate, up-to-date and complete. In the event that you provide any information that is not true, accurate, up-to-date, up-to-date, or Business Cloud has reason to suspect that such information is inaccurate, true, up-to-date or complete, Business Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account without further notice and deny you your current or future use of the Services.
To protect your Account, keep your password secret. You are responsible for the activities that take place in or through your Account. Try not to re-use your Account password in third-party applications. If you find any unauthorized use of your password or Account, please contact Business Cloud immediately. To ensure the security of your password or your account, log out of your account at the end of each session.
Privacy Policy - Copyright
Business Cloud privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and how we protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Business Cloud may use such data in accordance with its privacy policies.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of infringers repeatedly, in accordance with the procedure set out in the European Union Digital Copyright Act.
We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you believe your copyright is being infringed on, contact Business Cloud immediately.
Use of our Services does not give you ownership of any copyright in our Services or the content you access. You may not use the content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any names or logos used in our Services. You may not remove, hide or modify any legal notices that appear in or with our Services.
Some non-Business Cloud content appears in our Services. For this content, the sole responsibility lies with the person who makes it available. We may review the content to determine if it is illegal or in violation of our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. However, this does not necessarily mean that we control the content, so do not take this control for granted.
Some of our Services enable you to upload, submit, save, send and receive content. Guarantee that any portions of text, graphics, photographs, drawings, labels or other content you provide are owned or licensed to you. You own any copyright in this content. When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content on our Services or through our Services, you give Business Cloud (and those with whom it works) a global license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works ( such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make in order for your content to work better with our Services), communication, publishing, public execution, public display and distribution of such content. The rights you assign to this license are granted for the specific purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, as well as for the development of new Services. This license is still valid even if you stop using our Services (for example if your Account is deactivated). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content provided on those Services. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that limit the scope of use of the content submitted to those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content you submit to our Services.
Our automated systems analyze your actions and content (including emails) to offer you personalized product features, customized content, and troubleshooting and malware detection. This analysis is performed when sending, receiving, and storing content. At the same time we are constantly improving the ways of recognition and identification, using various standards (for example cookies), for increased security and the provision of personalized services.
We may display descriptive rather than specific or branded items and actions that you perform in third-party applications that are linked to our Services, including advertising and other commercial environments. We will respect your options for restricting your Account sharing or visibility settings.
If you submit comments or suggestions about our Services, we may use your comments or suggestions without any obligation to you.
About Services
Our Services are very different, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. The additional terms will be available with the relevant Services and will become part of your agreement with us in case you use the specific Services.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. Services may continue to change as Business Cloud develops and adds more features. Business Cloud may discontinue, suspend, remove or modify components or functions or all services at any time without notice to you. Also, Business Cloud may remove any content from the Service, at its discretion, as long as the original purpose of the Service does not change.
When a Service requires or includes download software, that software may automatically update your device when a new version or feature is available. Some Services may allow you to modify the automatic update settings.
Termination of Services
You can stop using our Services at any time, although it is not something we want. We believe that your data belongs to you and maintaining your access to it is important. If we terminate the provision of a Service, where reasonably possible, we will notify you in advance so that you can transfer your information from that Service.
Business Cloud may also, at any time, deny or terminate a user's access to the Services unilaterally and unjustifiably if it deems that the terms of use are being violated in any way, as well as add or create new limits for its Services whenever. In the event of any criminal act related to the above, the Company reserves the right to inform the authorities and to act as defined by Greek and European laws to safeguard its interests.
When terminating the services for any reason, no liability for compensation or refund of the current subscription arises, nor are any other claims raised. Charges paid before cancellation are non-refundable and cancellation of your account does not release you from the obligation to pay any accrued charges or charges.
Guarantees - Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of features and attention and we hope you enjoy using them. However, there are some things we can not promise about our Services
Unless expressly stated in these terms or conditions, neither Business Cloud nor its suppliers or distributors (licensors) are bound by the Services. For example, we are not committed to the content of the Services, the specific features of the Services, their reliability, their availability or their ability to meet your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided to you "as is" without any support or maintenance services. Business Cloud and its licensors do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, Business Cloud and its licensors disclaim and exclude any warranty, representation, heresy and any other term, express or implied, whether or not derived from law, customary law or otherwise, in relation to the Services.
In some jurisdictions there are provisions for specific guarantees, such as the tacit guarantee of marketability, suitability for a specific purpose and non-infringement of copyright. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Limited Liability
Business Cloud will use every reasonable skill and exercise due diligence in providing the Service, but does not warrant that content that you may store or access through the Service may not be inadvertently damaged, damaged, lost or destroyed or removed. , in accordance with the terms of this contract. Business Cloud bears no responsibility or liability in the event of such an event.
Business Cloud, administrators, employees, or other agents, are not liable, under any circumstances, for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special damages or costs or penalties, including, but not limited to, lost profits. of the business, loss of information or data, or loss of customer, loss or damage to property, and any third party claims arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or presentation of its services or content, whether or not Business Cloud was informed, knew or should have known of this possibility.
Business Cloud, its providers, suppliers and distributors are not liable for any lost profits, revenue or data, financial losses or indirect, special, deposit, exemplary or criminal damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the overall liability of Business Cloud, its providers, suppliers and distributors for any claim under these terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription / use. of the Services (or, at our option, in the re-provision of the Services).
In all cases, Business Cloud, its providers, suppliers and distributors are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable and did not occur fraudulently.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, that company accepts these terms in their entirety. It assumes full responsibility and will compensate Business Cloud and its affiliated companies, executives, agents and employees against any claim, lawsuit or action arising out of the use of the Services or in breach of these terms, including any liability or any costs arising from all claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, court decisions, litigation costs and legal fees.
Present Terms
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give rise to any interest, title, license or similar benefit which you use in connection with the Service.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service, such as, for example, to reflect changes in our legislation or Services. You should refer to the terms regularly. The latest version will always be posted on our website. We will publish the notice of the amended additional terms in the relevant Service. The changes will not be retroactive and will take effect no earlier than ten days after their posting. However, changes concerning specific new functions of a Service or changes made for legal reasons will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you must stop using it. Your continued use of a Service following notice of any change to the terms will be deemed your agreement to the amended terms.
If there is a discrepancy between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms prevail.
Your relationship with Business Cloud and the Services provided is governed by these terms. These terms do not create rights of third party beneficiaries.
If you do not comply with these terms and do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are giving up any rights we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If a particular term is found to be inapplicable, this will not affect other terms.
All claims that may arise out of or in connection with these terms or services, will be heard exclusively in the courts of Athens. You and Business Cloud consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
